Frank F. Martinez has counseled and represented businesses and individuals in all aspects of employment law. He has exclusively practiced employment law with the largest and most prestigious employment law firms in the country. His experience includes litigation in federal and state courts, resolving numerous claims and demands by current and former employees, as well as counseling clients in dispute resolution, discrimination, harassment, employment agreements, workplace practices, employee relations and human resources policies.
